How is root canal treatment performed and how long does it take?

Generally, root canals can be completed in 2 or 3 appointments. During the procedure, our dentist will remove the diseased dental pulp, clean the internal portion of your tooth, and then fill all the prepared canals with a biocompatible filling material. With proper care, a tooth that has been treated with root canal treatment can last a lifetime.

How long do I have to wait for an emergency dental appointment?

Our patient care team is available by phone 24/7. Call to schedule an emergency appointment within 24 hours. We offer most general dental services that will help to get you out of pain immediately. We treat all most common emergencies including: tooth extractions, repairing broken or chipped teeth, treating root canals or an abscess tooth.

How often should I come for dental cleanings?

We encourage patients to come in twice a year for professional dental cleanings. In this way, our hygienist can remove any accumulated plaque, tartar, and food debris from between the teeth and gums.

What daily dental hygiene habits should I maintain?

It's important to develop a consistent, healthy dental routine. Brush your teeth after each meal or at least twice a day using a toothpaste that includes fluoride. Floss at least once every day. Eat a balanced diet. Maintain your regular visits to the dentists every six months.
